We took this project on for a first-time investor that had several previous team members giving poor advice and mismanaging the project. We were able to pull the proper permits, establish a working budget and timeline, and correct all the deficiencies performed prior to us taking this project. We were able to turn this 1920 custom build with a $600k rehab budget into a $2mil sold property.
