This phase introduces the architect, builder, and client in order to meet the needs of the project. During this phase, architectural plans will begin to take shape while incorporating features from your land. During this phase, we will begin diligence of the land with surveys, soil testing, erosion control, setbacks, and other associated data collection.

This structural planning phase allows us to bring the project's dream into reality. This phase insures that your home will be built with the upmost safety considerations and top-tier quality improvements.  

This phase takes the planning to the bid process. During this phase, you will receive the cost to build with several options to allow for budget variations. This phase allows for final changes to accommodate budget and schedule if required. 

This phase allows for final architectural changes, selection choices for the final build, and approval to build with the local municipality which will be delivered to the client.
