The Oakdale Project

We took on this project in order tor restore a historical house located in the North Druid Hills area. This house was originally built in 1925. We kept several original themes with this house as we renovated with a modern touch. We completely rebuilt the kitchen, main living area, and all bathrooms. This project had a budget of $225k with a sold price of $1,060,000.
